Precast concrete panels for stadium seating at the planned $1.2 billion arena in Santa Clara, Calif., will be one of the project's key features, according to Clark Pacific, the project's concrete supplier. Architects prefer precast concrete due to its aesthetic advantages as they have more options in shaping a building's facade, color additions, surface and geometric changes when they use precast cladding, the company said.
