Delta turns to JPMorgan as it explores refinery deal

Delta Air Lines continues to explore a bid for ConocoPhillips' shuttered Pennsylvania facility, and it may rely on JPMorgan Chase & Co.'s commodities expertise and financing ability in any such deal, according to media reports. "The sales process for the Trainer refinery is confidential and I'm not able to discuss any of the details," said ConocoPhillips spokesman Rich Johnson.
