Heathrow is treating passengers like royalty -- for a price

Passengers at London's Heathrow Airport can get the royal treatment -- if they are willing to pay a few extra bucks for the VIP service that was previously reserved for royalty and heads of state. "Heathrow by Invitation" offers airport greeters and chauffeur-driven rides to the lounge area. The service, which costs $2,389, is available for arrivals, departures or connecting flights.
