Summit of Americas collapses in disarray over Cuba's exclusion

The Summit of the Americas broke up without a final statement of consensus after U.S. President Barack Obama refused to sign a statement backed by other Western Hemisphere leaders promising to invite Cuba to the next gathering. Also, several Secret Service and Department of Defense officials assisting with the event were sent back to the U.S. on allegations of misconduct involving prostitutes.
