Cessna rolled out the first production copy of its new Citation X, and many are hailing it as the fastest business jet in the world. Cessna CEO Scott Ernest said the plane has a top speed of Mach 0.935, making nonstop flights between New York and London possible. "Speed is the reason for flight," said Ernest. "It was true for Clyde Cessna in 1927. It's true today [and] the Citation X is the perfect aircraft for customers wanting to move faster, be more efficient and get where they need to be more quickly than ever before."
