German investor confidence plunges

German investor confidence has plunged this month in light of extended recession in the country's largest export market, the eurozone. The sovereign debt crisis in the region also darkened spirits, as the ZEW index fell more than expected to 36.3 from a three-year high of 48.5 last month.
