Honeywell, Boeing to team up on in-flight Wi-Fi improvements

Honeywell and Boeing have announced a partnership to develop technology for improving high-speed, in-flight wireless service as passengers' use of smartphones, tablets and laptops calls for better in-flight connectivity. The companies will work to develop avionics hardware, software and aviation services that will use satellites to provide high-speed, worldwide Internet service to passengers.
