IMF predicts full-year contraction for France

The International Monetary Fund has canceled its previous forecast of modest growth in France this year, now predicting that the eurozone's second-largest economy will slide into recession and contract 0.1% in 2013. The fund cites fiscal consolidation, lagging exports and low confidence.
