Japan the one positive as IMF lowers global growth forecast

Among the leading economies, Japan is the only potential bright spot for 2013 as the U.S. economy's already tepid growth appears to be slowing further and Europe remains mired in recession, the International Monetary Fund says. The fund lowered its global growth forecast to 3.3% but predicted improvement for next year, with China and the U.S. leading the way.
