Survey: Consumers want a consistent shopping experience in stores, on devices

Almost 9 in 10 consumers say they want a consistent shopping experience across digital devices and stores but don't always get it, according to a survey by Accenture. Almost half of consumers surveyed cited a seamless experience as their top choice for improved shopping. But while majorities found shopping in stores and via PCs easy, only 26% said they same for mobile.
