Better pay, benefits seen as cities' job markets tighten

Jobless rates in many U.S. metropolitan areas are falling below the 5.2% to 5.6% level, which the Federal Reserve considers full employment. And that's driving employers to boost wages and benefits. "The competition for people is really fierce right now," said Gar Muse of Cooper Carry, an architectural firm.
