The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reports that three cruise ships subjected to unannounced sanitation inspections under its Vessel Sanitation Program have received failing marks. Norwegian Cruise Line's Norwegian Star, Princess Cruises' Ocean Princess and SeaDream Yacht Club's SeaDream I had all received high marks during previous inspections and have taken steps to address the violations, according to reports filed with the program. The Norwegian Star has since passed a re-inspection. Three ships earned perfect scores.
