Small organic dairy farmers raise concerns about future

Some small organic dairy farmers fear overproduction could force them out of business, and are at odds with industrial-scale organic operations, which produce more milk per cow on grain diets with less labor. For the time being, the growing popularity of organic milk is keeping both sides busy.
