Get rid of the food-wine pairing problem

A new crop of books, Web sites and tastings have popped up to eliminate the confusion of pairing foods with wines. "There's no play-by-play rule book out there on perfect food and wine pairings," Diana Hamann of Wine Goddess Consulting says. "The best way to become a champion food and wine pairer is to drink a lot of wine, and eat a lot of food. Together."
