Chef Heston Blumenthal, owner of three-Michelin-starred Fat Duck restaurant in Berkshire, England, has added another scientific approach to serving his food. The waiting staff brings diners MP3 players so the sound of breaking waves can accompany their seafood dishes, following research findings that "sound can really enhance the sense of taste."
