Kraft diversifying agency portfolio with review of five brands

Kraft Foods, whose CMO, Jeri Finard, is leaving in May, is putting into review accounts for Oscar Mayer, Kraft Singles, Ritz, Triscuit and Grey Poupon -- all currently handled by WPP Group's JWT -- in a bid to revive its fortunes on Wall Street as an independent public company. JWT will retain its international business for Kraft, as well as the U.S. accounts for Philadelphia Cream Cheese and Wheat Thins. Another former JWT assignment, the creative for Lunchables, has been awarded to Interpublic Group's Draft FCB, Chicago.
