Architect: Cost still an obstacle in building green

Green building methods cost more than conventional building, and there's more resistance to it than acceptance in the marketplace, according to Michigan architect Keith Fineberg. Fineberg said his customers typically resist building green because of the cost, but he thinks that as oil prices rise and public awareness of green building grows, so will acceptance.
