"Gossip Girl" promos cause initial concern

Ads promoting the CW's saucy teen series "Gossip Girl" were rejected by five magazines because of a bit of SMS shorthand that modified the exclamation "OMG" into something less family friendly. Cable networks proved less picky -- several agreed to run the more provocative promos, which were designed by 72andSunny USA.
