Starcom becomes No. 1 for TNS' DIRECTView

Starcom USA has become the first to sign up for TNS' DIRECTView, a new service that provides second-by-second viewing information on live and time-shifted TV via set-top boxes. The two companies have worked together before: In 2006, they teamed up to study set-top box data from digital subscribers of Charter Communications in the Los Angeles area.
