Banks' "stress tests" another thorn in Obama's side

The Obama administration is set to publish within the next two weeks some of the results of the "stress tests" of the nation's largest banks, an exercise that was pushed back to buy the White House some breathing room. While the economy has started to show signs of recovery, the political climate has deteriorated significantly. The administration will have to walk a fine line regarding the test results or risk reversing any positive momentum.
