Boeing wins first 787 order of 2009

Boeing Co. has landed its first order of the year for 787 aircraft. The plane maker, which has suffered 32 Dreamliner cancellations since Jan. 1, says Gulf Air of Bahrain has exercised its option for eight of the 787-8 aircraft worth $1.3 billion at list prices.
