Dell, HP debut 3G netbooks for Chinese market

Dell and Hewlett-Packard joined Lenovo and other Chinese PC manufacturers in announcing netbooks equipped with the built-in data cards for the TD-SCDMA 3G standard used by China Mobile. The carrier is trying to expand its 3G coverage and sees the netbooks as a way to entice new users to sign on with the company.
