Study says omega-3s could help against postpartum depression

Research suggests that foods high in omega-3 fatty acids may help ward off depression in women after they give birth. A 52-person study of pregnant women found that those who had taken a fish-oil capsule five times per week during their third trimester showed fewer signs of postpartum depression.
