Cessna, Hawker look to China for joint ventures

U.S. manufacturers of small aircraft are looking to partner with Chinese firms to tap into the country's growing market for business aircraft. Cessna Aircraft and Hawker Beechcraft recently discussed joint ventures in China. "If you have the ability to produce local content in the market, it gives you the ability to understand your customers better, to react quicker," said Cessna CEO Executive Scott Ernest.
