Report: Video on tablets is a strong alternative to TV

An increasing number of tablet owners reportedly use their mobile devices to watch full-length television shows. A study from Viacom found that tablets are the leading second-screen alternative, used for 15% of TV show viewing. Some respondents still prefer their TV sets, though, especially for sports or favorite shows.
