Dave Reichert, R-Wash., said at a conference in New York sponsored by the American Wind Energy Association. "We are looking at a lot of work in the lame duck Congress." Russell Sullivan, chief tax counsel to the Senate Ways and Means Committee, said that the PTC may need a "haircut" to get extended.
