Brands know they like the photo-sharing social network Pinterest, which allows users to recommend and repost photos. Meredith's Better Homes and Gardens curates 73 different boards, representing the sharing of everything from baking tips to laundry rooms. Condé Nast's Brides magazine has 58 such pin boards. The appeal is not limited to media brands -- L.L. Bean and the National Pork Board are using the service as well.
