Ariz. firm raises funds for study of breast cancer Dx test

Provista Diagnostics has obtained $6 million in Series A financing, bringing the company's total for that round to $13.5 million. The Scottsdale, Ariz.-based molecular diagnostics firm will use the money in part to conduct prospective clinical studies of its dtectDx Breast system, a breast cancer diagnostic assay that uses protein biomarkers.
