BlackRock CEO expects SEC to reform money market funds

BlackRock CEO Laurence Fink says he expects the Securities and Exchange Commission to reform money market funds by imposing a floating net asset value, according to statements he made during an analyst conference call. The floating NAV likely will be imposed on prime funds but not on government securities funds, Fink said.
