Bonds top stocks in South Korean investment pool

A flight from risk during recession in Europe and elsewhere has elevated total investment in South Korean bonds above investment in stocks for the first time in nearly six years, according to the Korea Financial Investment Association. Bonds now represent 31% of total assets in Korea's fund market while stocks account for 30.06%.
