Chefs serve Greek salad in myriad ways

Refreshing Greek salads are making an upscale comeback at restaurants nationwide, even though not all chefs can agree on what ingredients can be included in an authentic version. Chefs such as Tony Chittum at Washington, D.C.'s Iron Gate Inn craft the salad with homemade feta cheese and serve it alongside Greek staples such as gyros and souvlaki.
