Dunford will make Afghan troop level recommendation in November

Gen. Joseph Dunford, the top U.S. commander in Afghanistan, said Tuesday that he would wait until November to make a recommendation regarding U.S. troop levels in Afghanistan after 2014. Dunford's comments came during a Senate hearing in which Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., criticized the military for waiting to make a decision about troop levels.
