Angel investors are increasingly putting their money into mobile-based startups, and they are dedicating fewer funds to companies in the health care sector, according to the second annual Halo Report. On average, companies are worth $2.5 million when they receive angel investment, and most of them are generating revenue at the time, the report shows.
