New generation of traders require online innovation

A presentation by Aite Group and Scivantage revealed the necessity for financial firms to use online and mobile technology to keep clients. Many Generation X and Generation Y traders switched providers based solely on the technological tools available, the research found. With more trading moving online, it has become necessary for financial firms to not only keep up with online services such as E*Trade, but to innovate and enhance their own services.
