British Airways celebrates 40 years of first class

When British Airways launched first-class service 40 years ago, passengers were treated to a seven-course meal served by attendants wearing bow ties. To celebrate the 40-year milestone, British Airways has released pictures of first class service over the years. Frank van der Post, British Airways' managing director of brands and customer experience, also noted that next year the airline will unveil details of the 787 first class cabin.
