GE's talent-review system has become a model for many companies because they commit a lot of time to evaluating employees on performance and leadership skills, writes Raghu Krishnamoorthy, GE's vice president of executive development. Some of the top leadership qualities Krishnamoorthy says GE values includes tenacity, resourcefulness and good decision-making skills.
