That insight led her to launch Sweaty Betty, a brand that has grown to include stores in the U.S. and U.K. and brought in $40 million in revenue last year. The business is striving to differentiate itself from major fashion brands by with its in-store classes and knowledgeable staff, Hill-Norton said.
