Bechtel wins big Iraqi contract

The engineering and construction firm won the largest rebuilding contract to date, as much as $680 million for 18 months of work on infrastructure projects including roads, airports, power plants and irrigation systems. The U.S. Agency for International Development will initially give Bechtel $34.6 million under the contract.
