Decision prompts W.Va. comp insurer to seek rate hike

West Virginia's workers' compensation insurer, BrickStreet Mutual Insurance, said it would seek a rate increase in response to Gov. Joe Manchin's decision to lift benefit limits for survivors of employees who died from work-related injuries and illnesses. A BrickStreet spokesman said the company has not decided much of an increase to request.
