Woolwich begins construction of goat cheese facility, new headquarters

Canada-based Woolwich Dairy is breaking ground on its 28,000-square-foot Lancaster, Wis., facility, which will produce goat cheese and serve as the company's new headquarters when completed. "This new Wisconsin location will provide greater convenience from a logistics standpoint, while providing Woolwich access to cheesemaking professionals," Woolwich CEO Tony Dutra said.
