Southwest plans code-share deals with international carriers

Southwest Airlines said it is talking with several foreign carriers about code-share agreements, which it expects to pan out by early next year. Southwest's only exposure to international routes was a small deal with ATA Airlines, which recently folded. CEO Gary Kelly said the carrier is trying to find another partner for routes between the mainland U.S. and Hawaii.
