Vintners, chefs join forces to produce "wine dinners"

Wine dinners, in which chefs and vintners work together to find the best combinations of food and wine, are popular at exclusive Chicago restaurants. The concept allows patrons to sample five wines with five courses at a set price. It's also a way for chefs to fill up restaurants on weeknights.
