Advisers look to crisis-management services for clients

Advisers are increasingly seeking training to help clients prepare for crisis situations. "When people go through a life crisis, whether there's a financial crisis happening or not, they need a different process, a different type of planning. But that's not something we're typically trained to do," said Susan Bradley, founder of Sudden Money Institute, which helps train advisers in crisis management.
