New SAT rules put into place in South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam

Students in South Korea, Thailand and Vietnam will no longer be able to use electronic devices at exam sites administering the SAT after it was discovered this year that test questions were leaked and other irregularities occurred. Tests will now be delivered on the day of the exam rather than 20 days early.
