Asset management firms expected to post profits for Q1

T. Rowe Price, BlackRock and Janus Capital are among the firms that will release quarterly financial reports starting this week. Analysts expect management firms to report an uptick in profits thanks to increasing activity from investors. U.S. equity funds saw inflows of more than $25 billion during the first quarter, while investors shifted $41 billion into taxable bond funds, Morningstar reports.
