How to encourage a culture of experimentation

Many companies leave experimentation solely to their research and development teams, but that leaves much of your employees' creative potential untapped, according to H. James Wilson and Kevin Desouza. To make experimentation a part of your organization's culture, managers must make a conscious effort to promote and train employees on experimentation, and create a forum where they can share their results.
