Lack of lie-flat beds may not sit well with Qantas customers

Qantas will not be offering lie-flat beds to business travelers jetting between Sydney and Dallas-Fort Worth -- and that may dent the airline's reputation. "We can't help but feel that Qantas' reputation is going to take a hit with U.S. business travelers who board [Qantas] in Dallas only to be faced with an angled flat seat for the even-longer 19-hour flight to Brisbane," writes David Flynn, editor of Australian Business Traveller.
