CIA grad opens Asian-inspired Dragonfly in NYC

CIA graduate Cornelius Gallagher always wanted to open his own restaurant, but the journey to that point in his career wasn't an easy one. Gallagher worked in fine dining establishments in New York City for a decade before spending several years clamoring for credit and investors. The long hours and perseverance paid off this month when Gallagher opened Dragonfly, a cozy Manhattan eatery that serves his interpretation of Asian street food.
