NLRB's "poster rule" is blocked by court

A federal appeals court has blocked a National Labor Relations Board rule to require companies to put up notices explaining union rights. The rule was to go into effect April 30, but will be delayed until a legal challenge by the National Association of Manufacturers and the Coalition for a Democratic Workplace is resolved. The National Association of Wholesaler-Distributors is a member of CDW.
