Chick-fil-A offers behind-the-scenes tours and healthy wraps

Chick-fil-A will offer spot tours of its kitchens to customers at its 1,700 locations in order to emphasize the healthiness of its food and cleanliness of the premises -- a first for any national chain. The transparency move comes as Chick-fil-A is introducing the Grilled Chicken Cool Wrap as a healthy alternative and competitor to McDonald's successful wraps.
